Core technologies

● YAMAHA industrial robot + vision alignment system is adopted, which has the advantages of fast speed, high precision (plus or minus 0.1mm), stable machine and fast in line changing.

● 4 suction nozzles of single machine, 2 feeding materials flying up, two mobile phones and two auxiliary materials are pasted at the same time.

●  Modular design, independent control of each station. According to the quantity of auxiliary materials increase and decrease the number of machines. According to the requirements of customers,the whole line can increase automatic loading, unloading, pressing, turning, auxiliary material inspection and other machines to improve the automation rate.

● Each auxiliary material of single machine for 1.5 seconds. The whole line is 1200pcs / hour (mobile phone).
